Ads

Two of the best, most powerful, outside-the-box campaign ads I've seen in a long long time.

One, by Kirsten Gillibrand, running to represent the 20th Congressional District of New York against Rubber Stamp Republican John Sweeney, who actually got David Strathairn to reprise his role as Edward R. Murrow.

The other, from Ned Lamont, a fantastic little mini-movie about the war and its effects.

In the age of TiVo and YouTube, there's too much media out there for the same old type of political ads. You need to tell stories and create buzz and be viral. These ads are understanding the changing nature of our media landscape and creating some great, memorable work.
