Happy Shift Into Middle Age To Me

I guess I should mention that you are now reading a blog by an author who is part of a new demographic group. Yesterday I was 18-34. Today I'm 35-49. The site is now more adult contemporary, more interested in Dave Koz and smooth jazz, needing more time to stretch before a morning run.
