Here's the explanation from our random Flickr blogfather.



That is NOT trick photography, the wheel in the front is really that big. It's the motorized version of the bicycle with the one huge wheel.



I had to do some research, so the Urban Dictionary defines "blaat" as talking shit. This is apparently the first recorded instance of talking shit at a Canadian speed-skating event.
