An Apology

If Robert Novak's brain tumor is the proximate cause of his running over a pedestrian and claiming not to see him despite the guy being splayed across the windshield, then I apologize for ridiculing him. I'm not certain this is the case, as there is a well-documented history of Novak being a reckless driver. Still, a brain tumor could certainly cause loss of motor functions, which is sad.

That's about the level of an apology I can muster for Novak.
